Services Description
Vomrelonchikae provides textile decoration services including but not limited to embroidered patches, custom embroidery, fabric appliqués, and related design services. All services are subject to these terms and any additional terms agreed upon in individual orders.
Orders and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted for custom work are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before production commences, with the balance due prior to dispatch.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vomrelonchikae and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
When you submit designs for custom production, you represent that you own the rights to the design or have obtained necessary permissions. Vomrelonchikae is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from designs submitted by customers.
Production and Delivery
Production timelines begin after artwork approval and receipt of any required deposits. While we strive to meet all quoted delivery dates, these are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Quality and Specifications
We maintain high quality standards for all textile decorations. Minor variations in colour, thread, and sizing may occur due to the nature of embroidery and textile production. Such variations do not constitute defects. Customers are advised to approve samples for large orders.

Limitation of Liability
