At Vomrelonchikae, we take pride in the quality of our textile decorations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to cancel distance and off-premises contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. These include the right to reject within 30 days, the right to repair or replacement, and the right to a price reduction or refund. This policy is in addition to those rights and does not replace them.

Stock Items

For ready-made items from our catalogue that are held in stock, and where you have purchased at a distance (e.g. online or by phone) as a consumer:

  • You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel and return the order without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise
  • Refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return, and in any case no later than 14 days after you inform us of cancellation

Custom Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of custom textile decorations:

  • Custom patches, embroidery, and appliqués are made to your specifications
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty
  • We recommend ordering samples before large production runs
  • Carefully review all proofs before giving production approval

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive faulty items or items that do not match your approved specifications:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the issue
  • We will arrange collection or replacement at no cost to you
  • Full refund or replacement will be offered for confirmed faults

Quality Standards

Please note that minor variations are inherent in textile production:

  • Slight colour variations between batches are normal
  • Thread tension and density may vary marginally
  • Size tolerance is typically within 2mm
  • These variations do not constitute defects

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order number
  • Describe the reason for return
  • Wait for return authorisation and instructions
  • Package items securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Include the return authorisation number with your shipment

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Card payments refunded to the original card
  • Bank transfers refunded to the originating account
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-7 working days

Exchanges

For stock items, we are happy to exchange for a different design or size. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged in Transit

If items arrive damaged due to shipping:

  • Document the damage with photographs
  • Contact us immediately
  • Retain all packaging materials
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement
